Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accepting and ordering from KK's Sourdough & Sweet, you accept these terms and conditions.

Our products are homemade in a kitchen that may handle allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. We strive to provide detailed ingredient lists, but cross-contamination may occur.
All orders greater than $50 placed less than 24 hours in advanced are subject to a +$5 rush fee.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with confirmation & pickup location.

50% Deposit is due at time of ordering via Venmo, Cash or Zelle with remainder due at pickup.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up/delivery time will not be refunded. Please refer to Refund Policy below.

Pick-up is available in Rochester Hills Sunday at noon & Thursdays with flexible timing. Should you need a different day/time pickup, please confirm on order form.

We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
Customers with severe allergies are advised to contact us for more information before placing an order.

KK's Sourdough & Sweets is not liable for any adverse reactions to food consumed or other items purchased from us.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

KK's Sourdough & Sweets reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
